What you will do:

• Provide specialised physiotherapy care to patients undergoing orthopaedic procedures
• Develop, implement, and monitor personalised rehabilitation plans
• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care
• Guide and educate patients and their families on post-operative care and rehabilitation
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the department

Requirements:

• Be registered with the HCPC
• A valid driving licence is highly desirable as it offers added flexibility in approaching diverse clinical needs and commitments.
