What you will do:

– Chair reviews for cared-for children, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met.
– Conduct practice impact reviews (audits) to maintain and improve social care standards.
– Undertake IRO visits and complete midpoint reviews to ensure continuous monitoring and support for children and young people.
– Manage a caseload of approximately 60 children/young people, with a focus on reorganisation and efficient management.
– Collaborate with professionals and families to deliver comprehensive care plans tailored to each child’s best interest.
