Global Healthcare Jobs, an innovative and committed recruitment agency has a new permanent position available for a Humanities Teacher to work full time based in a school in North Cheam, Greater London.
The salary for this permanent job is up to £43,182 + SEN Allowance
Main Duties:
- As Humanities Teacher, you will be an integral part of our team who put the children and young people at the heart of everything we do
- Plan, assess and deliver outstanding teaching and learning
- Use proven methods and approaches that enable all young people to learn
- Ensuring that pastoral needs are also met
- Establish excellent relationships with parents and carers and inspire trust and confidence in pupils, colleagues, families and other professionals
- Proven ability to deliver high quality, lively and effective classroom teaching in an autism-friendly way
- Engage and motivate young people
- Have a passion for supporting young people to learn and develop
- Make a difference to the lives and education of our children and young people
- Develop confident and capable young people by meeting their educational, health and social care needs in structured, nurturing school and home provisions
Requirements of this job:
- ASC Teacher
- QTS or QTLS
- Humanities, or Social Science degree
- Geography, History or RE/Religious Education teaching experience
- Experience with SEND and ASC
