The salary for this permanent Lead Occupational Therapist job is £43,742 – £50,952 per annum.

Duties:
- Lead the OT team, including OTs’ and OT Assistants, as part of the wider Therapies Team at the hospital
- Develop and provide the necessary assessments and treatments within a busy acute adult mental health and PICU service
- Take responsibility of the development of the OT service
Requirements of the Lead Occupational Therapist:
- Process driven, an understanding for the therapy pathway to support the patient journey from admission to discharge
- Adaptable, to be able to meet the changes of the patient groups needs whilst also establishing stability through purposeful and meaningful activity
- Seeking excellence – the drive to change and continuously improve whilst being able to communicate the need for improvement through evidence and data
- Degree or equivalent within Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registration
- Previous Occupational Therapy experience
