Location: Solihull

Contract Type: Ongoing contract

Pay Rate: £30 per hour (assignment rate)

Duties:

  • Carry out community Occupational Therapy Assessments with adults mainly and make recommendations for both equipment and adaptations in order to promote independence and safety at home
  • A combination of face to face visits and remote/virtual assessments will be required

Requirements of the Equipment & Adaptations Occupational Therapist:

  • Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy
  • Experience in social care community setting, working with both adults and children, assessing for equipment and adaptations to promote independence
  • Recent NHS experience
  • Registered with the HCPC
  • Experience with moving & handling essential
