Global Healthcare Jobs, a dedicated and award-winning recruitment agency looking for an experienced and dedicated Theatre Practitioner to work in Bath on a full-time basis (37.5 hours per week). The postholder will be responsible for preparing Anaesthetic room for surgery including equipment, supplies and medications required for specific procedures contributing to the team working throughout our theatre department whilst providing the highest standards of professional care. 

The salary for this permanent Theatre Practitioner job is £28,000 – £42,664 per annum.

Shift Pattern: 

  • 07:30 am – 18:00 pm/07:30 am – 20:30 pm/12:30 pm – 20:30 pm
  • Including Saturdays and on-call commitment

Requirements of the Theatre Practitioner:

  • Motivated and passionate individuals to work flexibly as part of our hospital’s clinical theatre team providing the highest standards of professional care to patients and to make a positive contribution towards the team’s pursuit of excellence
  • A friendly manner is essential as you will need to be able to communicate with patients and put them at ease during this vulnerable time along with high attention to detail to ensure your documentation is accurate
  • Have NMC or ODP registration and a demonstrable record of CPD with knowledge and experience of theatre professional practice
