Global Healthcare Jobs, a dedicated and award-winning recruitment agency looking for an experienced and dedicated Physiotherapist to work in Maidstone, Kent on a full-time basis.
The salary for this permanent Physiotherapist job is £34,000 – £37,000 per annum.

Main Duties:
- To carry out assessments of patients as an autonomous practitioner, including those with complex presentations, using developed clinical reasoning gained through training and previous experience
- Formulate and deliver physical therapy treatment programmes based on clinical knowledge and evidence-based practice
- Maintain accurate written record standards and to monitor those of more junior Physical Therapists
- Contribute to the implementation of hospital policies and procedures in line with the CSP, CQC and other governing bodies
- Engage with other medical professionals both internally and externally, maintaining professional clinical relationships
- Be flexible to working patterns across weekdays and weekends, as the department operates across 7 days Inpatient and Outpatients
Requirements of the Physiotherapist:
- A qualified Physiotherapist.
- To be absolutely patient focused with a desire to facilitate a collaborative culture within the department.
- Hold a valid registration with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) or equivalent.
- Have a minimum of 2 years post-registration clinical experience inclusive of management of orthopaedic patients.
- Be energetic and achievement focused with a passion for therapy and the desire to develop.
- Possess evidence of continuous professional development.
