Pay Rate: £ per hour (assignment rate)

Requirements of the Occupational Therapist/Physiotherapist:
- Degree or equivalent in Occupational TherapyPhysiotherapy
- Recent UK experience working as an Occupational Therapist/Physiotherapist
- Experience of assessing both children (essential) and adults (desirable) with complex physical and behavioural needs essential for both equipment and or major and minor adaptations.
- Experience of assessing children who have complex needs for equipment such as specialist beds, seating, and carrying out safety assessments and assessments for major adaptation
- Experience in moving and handling of both children and adults
- Recent NHS experience
- Registered with the HCPC
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle for city wide travel
