Staff Nurse – Digestive Diseases

Job Summary:

We’re seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to join our Digestive Diseases team at an esteemed healthcare facility in London. This role offers the opportunity to work within a high-acuity environment and contribute to patient care in specialized areas of gastrointestinal diseases.

Key Details:

  • Salary: Competitive, £37,500 – £45,000 (experience-dependent)
  • Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
  • Location: Westminster, London
  • Contract: Permanent

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
  • Monitor and communicate patient condition effectively.
  • Evaluate and update care plans to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Advocate for patients in alignment with NMC code of conduct.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and uphold CCL standards.

Requirements:

  • Nursing Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Completed ILS provider course or qualification within 3 months of hire.
  • Current Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC) registration (First Level) without practice restrictions.
  • Evidence of continuing professional development in the field of digestive diseases.
  • Willingness to undertake relevant post-registration courses.
