YOU MUST HAVE A DEGREE IN SOCIAL WORK, HAVE A MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS POST QUALIFICATION EXPERIENCE WITHIN ADULT’S SERVICES AS SOCIAL WORKER AND YOU MUST BE WILLING TO REGISTER/OR BE IN THE PROCESS OF REGISTERING WITH SOCIAL CARE WALES TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE.

As a Adult’s Social Worker, your focus is to support individuals, their family and network to achieve positive change that continues after we no longer need to be involved. Salary & bonuses:
- £34,723 – £37,000 per annum
- Holiday entitlement starting at 24 days, rising to 33 per year with continued service (plus bank holidays)

Requirements of the Social Worker:
- Qualified Social Worker
- 3 years post qualifying experience working within ADULTS services
- Registered /In the process of registering as a Social Worker with Social Care Wales
