RN in cardiac ICU since December of 2024. Skills including but not limited to invasive monitoring such as Swan-Ganz, hemodynamic instability, blood administration, medication administration, equipment certification, lab interpretation, communication between physicians/charge RN/lab/techs, able to interpret and anticipate change in status, fine communication with provider orders.

Watching and interpreting telemetry rhythms and rates.
