What You Will Do:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the Intensive Treatment Unit, ensuring safety and comfort

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to formulate patient care plans

• Administer medications and treatment in line with protocols and best practice

• Monitor patient progress, identify clinical concerns, and escalate as needed

• Provide education and reassurance to patients’ families, explaining care plans and procedures

• Maintain up-to-date, accurate records in accordance with regulatory standards
