What you will do:

• Assess and treat adult clients with speech, language, and communication needs in a community setting

• Develop and implement tailored therapy programmes that support measurable progress

• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic and integrated care

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records

• Engage in case management meetings and stay updated with best practices

Requirements:

• HCPC registered Speech and Language Therapist

• Previous experience in adult community therapy

• Must be a car driver with access to a vehicle due to the community-based nature of the role
