Role Purpose:
To provide specialist clinical pharmacy services, ensuring the safe, effective, and evidence-based use of medicines while working closely with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and outcomes.
What You Will Do:

Provide specialist clinical pharmacy services to ensure the safe, appropriate, and cost-effective use of medicines.

Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimise patient care and improve clinical outcomes.

Conduct medication reviews and deliver expert advice on pharmaceutical care and best practices.

Lead and mentor junior staff while managing resources and supporting professional development.

Participate in clinical audits, contribute to quality improvement, and engage in service development.

Offer guidance on legal, ethical, and regulatory matters concerning medicines management.
Requirements:

Current registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).

Availability to work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Previous hospital experience is essential, demonstrating a thorough understanding of clinical settings.
