Global Healthcare Jobs, a dedicated and award-winning recruitment agency looking for an experienced and dedicated Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) to take on a new ongoing contract role.
The location for this role is in the CRHT, Broadoak Unit, Liverpool. CRHT is a 24/7 service and practitioners are required to work a shift pattern across 7 days inclusive of nights. The hours for this role are full time.
Community Psychiatric Nurse Pay Rate: Days £26.28 per hour, Nights/Saturdays £34 – £35 per hour, Sundays/Bank Holidays £40 – £42 per hour (assignment rate)
Location: Liverpool
Contract Type: 3 Months

Duties of the Community Psychiatric Nurse:
- To conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals with mental health issues in the community, including their physical, mental, and social needs.
- To Provide ongoing case management and coordination of care for individuals with complex mental health needs.
- To Assess and monitor medication needs of individuals, including prescribing and administering medications as authorized by the prescribing guidelines.
- To Respond to and manage mental health crises and emergencies in the community. Assess the level of risk, provide immediate support and intervention, and collaborate with crisis teams or other emergency services as necessary.
Requirements of the Community Psychiatric Nurse:
- Degree or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing
- Experience working as a mental health nurse
- NMC Registration
