Quality Assurance Officer – Children & Families Team

Location:  West Yorkshire, BD1 1HX
Pay Rate: £35 per hour
Contract: Ongoing, (initially for 3 months with a view to extension)

Working Arrangement: Hybrid working with occasional office attendance for specific tasks or team days as required by the service.

What You Will Do:

  • Quality Assurance Processes: Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
  • Audit and Review: Carry out audits and reviews of case files and service delivery to identify areas for improvement and uphold quality standards.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data and performance metrics to drive service development and improvement initiatives.
  • Collaboration and Support: Collaborate with frontline staff and managers to provide guidance and enhance quality assurance measures.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation to share findings and recommendations with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Policy Development: Contribute to the creation and refinement of policies and procedures to align with quality assurance objectives.

Requirements:

Qualifications: A relevant qualification in children’s services or quality assurance, such as social work or education.

Experience: Demonstrated experience in quality assurance, ideally within children’s services or a similar setting.

Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, combined with the ability to thrive in a hybrid team environment.

IT Skills: Proficient in using IT systems for data analysis and reporting.
