Global Healthcare Jobs, an innovative and committed recruitment agency has a new permanent position available for a Quality Assurance Social Work Assistant Manager within the Adult Social Care Team to work full time based in Swindon.

The salary for this permanent Quality Assurance Social Work Assistant Manager job is up to £43,270 per annum

Main duties:

  • To demonstrate consistently high standards of practice that put the need of adults at the forefront of all activity and to champion best practice.
  • To develop effective working relationships with colleagues and managers within SBC, whereby an environment of high support and high challenge is reinforced.
  • To be responsive to changing service needs and able to adapt quality assurance activity accordingly.
  • To support the effective functioning of performance clinics when required.
  • To support the effective functioning and chair Quality Assurance Panels.
  • To be able to challenge poor practice effectively and uphold and celebrate good practice.

Requirements of this Quality Assurance Social Work Assistant Manager job:

  • A social Work Qualification or equivalent.
  • Understanding of relevant legislation.
  • Continual professional development.
  • Social Work England registered.
