Global Healthcare Jobs, an award-winning and renowned Recruitment Agency is looking for an experienced and dedicated Social Work Registered Fostering Manager to fill a full-time role based in Northampton.

The salary for this permanent Registered Fostering Manager job up to £63,567 per annum.

The successful candidate will need a good knowledge and understanding of the relevant legislation and guidance which governs Children’s Social Care and Fostering Services.

Possessing strong management and coaching skills, you will thrive in an environment where you are able to use your creative talents and make a genuine difference to service delivery and the workforce.

We are looking for someone wanting to make a difference, working with skilled, knowledgeable, passionate and responsive colleagues within Children’s Social Care and with partner agencies

 

Requirements of the Registered Fostering Manager:

  • A recognised and relevant professional social work qualification (Degree / Diploma in Social Work)
  • Registered on Social Work England
  • Management experience is essential
