Contract Type: Ongoing contract
Social Services Community Occupational Therapist Pay Rate: £36 per hour (assignment rate)
Shift Pattern: Full Time – part time will be considered

Duties:
- Undertake person-centred assessments (as directed by Care Act 2014) utilising Occupational Therapy skills and knowledge to develop and implement a support plan, aimed at improving wellbeing and delivering outcomes for adults and children with disabilities
- Provide advice on specialist equipment/adaptations and housing needs to improve their health and wellbeing and maximise their independence
Requirements of the Social Services Community Occupational Therapist:
- Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy
- Recent experience working as an Occupational Therapist
- Recent experience within social services / local authority / council
- Registered with the HCPC
- Car driver (preferred)
