• Engage in the comprehensive assessment and care management of adult caseloads.
• Collaborate effectively with service providers and other agencies to create tailored care packages.
• Support adults in achieving desired outcomes by managing care packages that cater to their individual needs and circumstances.
• Participate actively in the team’s duty rota and contribute to strategic planning.
• Use the department’s information systems, including Eclipse, to record all case activities accurately.
• Engage in team discussions to ensure the highest standards of service delivery.
• Travel as required within Argyll and Bute to fulfil service needs.
