Location: Middlesbrough
Pay Rate: £36.00 per hour (Ongoing Contract)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed assessments to identify risks, needs, and strengths within families, ensuring the safety and well-being of children.
• Design and deliver intervention plans that are tailored to support and protect children and their families.
• Manage a varied caseload, ensuring timely interventions and maintaining accurate, up-to-date records in line with legal and professional standards.
• Collaborate with external professionals, including healthcare providers, educators, and law enforcement, to deliver coordinated care and support.
• Advocate for the rights of children, ensuring their voices are heard and their best interests are prioritised in all decisions.

Requirements:

• Qualifications: Degree in Social Work or an equivalent qualification.
• Registration: Current registration with Social Work England (SWE).
• Experience: Proven experience working in child protection and children in need services.
• Skills: Strong assessment, communication, and organisational skills with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
