What You Will Do:

Conduct comprehensive assessments of children and families, identifying needs and risks.

Collaborate with families and multi-agency professionals to develop tailored support and intervention plans.

Respond promptly to safeguarding concerns and ensure children’s safety is prioritised.

Maintain accurate, clear case records and documentation in line with statutory requirements.

Participate in a duty rota and be office-based one week out of every three.

Offer professional guidance and support to families throughout the assessment and planning process.
Who We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Social Worker who can build positive relationships with children and families, apply sound judgement, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
You should have:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Excellent written record-keeping and case management.

A thorough understanding of children’s legislation, safeguarding procedures, and threshold criteria.
