Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-birth assessments, child protection work, and manage complex child-in-need cases.

• Handle Public Law Outline (PLO)/Pre-Proceedings cases, demonstrating high standards in preparing court statements and assessments.

• Provide mentorship and coaching to colleagues, supporting the team manager in fostering a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

• Uphold professionalism at all times, ensuring that the lived experiences of children are central to service delivery, and contribute to ongoing improvements in quality and performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum of five years of professional references.

• Verified gaps in employment history.

• Current Child & Adult Workforce DBS.
