What are we looking for?
We are seeking a Specialist Occupational Therapist to join the Neurorehabilitation department within a healthcare organization partnered with Sanctuary.
You will collaborate within a dedicated therapies team to support patients in a cutting-edge 40-bed neurorehabilitation unit, equipped with advanced technology such as robotic equipment and exoskeletons, to aid patient recovery.
This is a full-time role on a shift-based rota system:
Shift Patterns: 08:00-16:00 OR 10:00-18:00 (rotational basis, including a Saturday/Sunday rotation).

What will your duties include?
- Assume legal and professional responsibility for clinical and non-clinical caseloads.
- Apply clinical reasoning to assess, progress, and adapt patient treatments.
- Identify and communicate potential risks effectively within the clinical setting.
- Maintain high levels of professionalism and communication with stakeholders.
What do we need from you?
- Experience as a qualified occupational therapist in acute hospital settings, specifically in neurorehabilitation within the UK.
- Evidence of broad-based qualified occupational therapy across different clinical areas.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and participating in in-service training.
- Current registration with Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
