Global Healthcare Jobs, a dedicated and award-winning recruitment agency have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced NHS Speech and Language Therapist to join a well-established Speech & Language Therapy team based in Rawtenstall, Lancashire.

Job Type & Hours: Part-Time, Ongoing

Pay Rate: £40 per hour (assignment rate)

Job Duties:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to enhance our organization’s brand image and reputation.
  • Create engaging content for multiple platforms, including websites, social media, newsletters, and press releases, that effectively communicates key messages to target audiences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and insights, ensuring accurate and timely communication of company news, updates, and initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and key industry partners to maximize positive exposure and media coverage.
  • Monitor and analyze communication efforts, using data and feedback to optimize messaging and communication channels.
  • Provide support for crisis communication situations, preparing key messages and coordinating responses as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain internal communication channels, such as intranet, employee newsletters, and town hall meetings, to foster employee engagement and alignment.

Requirements of the Speech and Language Therapist/SLT:

  • Degree or equivalent within Speech and Language Therapy and HCPC registration
  • Recent UK/NHS post qualifying experience working as a Speech and Language Therapist
