Global Healthcare Jobs, an innovative and committed recruitment agency has a new permanent position available for a Team Leader  to work full time based in a Children’s centre in Dorset.

The salary for this permanent Team Leader  job is up to £25,043.77

Main Duties:

  • Taking responsibility for a child/young adult within the home/in the community including following care plans, dispensing and administrating medication and maintaining physical, social and emotional needs
  • Taking the lead in emergency interventions for children/young adults where necessary
  • Oversee staff team on duty, completing supervisions and performance reviews when needed
  • Take responsibility for ensuring those supported have up to date Care Plans
  • Report writing and the completion of daily records
  • Act as a role model to staff under your guidance

Requirements of this job:

  • 1 years’ experience in care
  • Ability to show leadership skills
  • Full UK driving licence
