Global Healthcare Jobs, a dedicated and award-winning recruitment agency are currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 5/6/7 Front Door Occupational Therapist/Physiotherapist to take on a new locum role.
Location: Lincolnshire
Contract Type: Locum, ongoing contract
Pay Rate: £20 – £30 per hour (assignment rate)
Shift Pattern: Full-time (Monday – Friday, 08:30 am – 16:30 pm)

Duties:
- Support patients to achieve their individual goals enabling them to gain and/or maintain independence in their chosen occupational performance activities
- Assist patients in preparing for their discharge from the hospital setting into their identified place of discharge (e.g. home or community based rehabilitation settings) while taking into account their individual Occupational needs
Requirements of the Front Door Occupational Therapist/Physiotherapist:
- Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy/Physiotherapy
- Recent UK experience working as an Occupational Therapist/Physiotherapist
- Recent NHS experience
- Registered with the HCPC
